I Didn’t Train to Win. I Trained to Stay.

Looking back, what surprised me most wasn't a personal best, but the baseline.

My average daily movement increased from around 6,700 steps to nearly 8,700 steps a day. Not through intense effort, but through consistent habits.

Along the way, I discovered something about myself: I'm far more likely to show up when I feel part of a community.
